Heigh-Ho Mitchell,
Welcome to planDisney, your question is one I am happy to assist with but first let me introduce ourselves. We are a panel of Guests, who amongst us, have a wealth of Disney and Walt Disney World knowledge ready to share with our fellow Guests. Between all of us, we have traveled to Walt Disney World more times than can be counted or as Buzz would say, "To Infinity and Beyond."
I am happy to hEAR you are ready to return to the Most Magical Place On Earth and can absolutely point you in the right direction to figure out what has happened to your previously purchased Walt Disney World tickets. As you know,
Guests with tickets impacted by the park’s closure purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020, or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. Guests who are unable to visit by then are able to take the value of their tickets and use them towards the purchase of new tickets for an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. If you are unable to see your Walt Disney World tickets in your My Disney Experience or can not find your confirmation email, it is time to call a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. They will be able to do a thorough search for your tickets and assist with moving forward in planning your upcoming stay. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey time and I recommend calling then because Cast Members are currently experiencing a high call volume.
Once everything has been set right and your Walt Disney World tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, it is good to know Guests must now have a
Disney Park Pass reservation to enter the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in visiting and then make your Disney Park Pass Reservations.
I hope this helps and am sure with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust you will soon be on your way to planning your Walt Disney World vacation.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
