    Hey moms!!! One more question...My DD10 is on diningplan but since she is such a picky eater she would prefer the food from the childrens menu rather than the adult menu....is she allowed to order from there instead? Have several ADR already too late to ch

    In the eyes of Disney, any child over the age of nine is considered an adult for ticketing and dining purposes. So, if you have your 10 year daughter on the Disney Dining Plan, you will be paying the adult rate for her. Theoretically, she should be ordering adult food from the adult menu. However, your situation is not at all uncommon; there are many older children (Disney "adults") who prefer food from the children's menu. And in practice, most Disney restaurants will accommodate this preference. The children's food is less expensive than the adult food, so it does work out well for Disney to make your daughter happy. Simply ask your server if your daughter can order from the children's menu and the vast majority of the time they will say that this is fine.
