Hey Marcy,Im a bit confused abt the transportation. We booked our own flights, not thru Disney, but we are using their transportation to the port. Now do we have to pull our luggage off the belt, or do they get it, & who transfers it the stateroom? Thx

    Hi Ansam, welcome back!

Since you booked your ground transportation with Disney, they will be sending you luggage tags and cruise documents ahead of time to your home. Your luggage should then be on its way from your home airport and meet you on the ship in your stateroom. However, depending on your flight schedule, you might need to get your own luggage first. This would happen if you fly in the night before and stay overnight somewhere. You'd get your own luggage, then when you head to the cruise line, turn in your bags, which will go off on the ground transportation and you'll meet them in your stateroom. It depends on your travel specifics.

Give Disney Cruise Line a call at 1-800-951-3532 and they can confirm specifics once they have all of your travel plans in front of them. Either way, hotel before or not, with Disney's ground transportation, they make it very easy on you.

    Have a great week, Ansam!
