Hi Cindy,
Thanks so much! We love to help other families make their Disney trips even more magical.
Illuminations is such a beautiful way to end the evening an Epcot and tells such a great story about how cwe are linked to those around the world. Even though I have seen it hundreds of times, I still get goosebumps.
Unfortunately there is only one table service location in the World Showcase that offers a view of Illuminations, England's Rose and Crown. The Rose and Crown offers a limited number of tables on the water that offers a great view of the show, The bad news is there is a small number of these tables and as you can imagine they are quite popular. There is no way to guarantee these spots and are filled on first come basis.
The other option is the counter service location in Mexico called Cantina de San Angel. The tables are located along the lagoon and offers a small menu of Mexican filled tortillas, chips and margaritas. There are a fair number of tables here but they do fill quite early so be prepared to arrive early to grab yours. If you are willing to dine a little earlier, our preferred choice is to eat before the show and then venture over to the lagoon to find our perfect spot. The show can be enjoyed from all around the World Showcase and there are plenty of great spots.
Information on Epcot's hours at that time can be found
here. Illuminations is generally scheduled for 9pm, including the evening of the 28th. Have fun!
