    Hey, what kind of renovations are being done to space mountain?

    The Orlando Sentinel has reported that the following are components of the Space Mountain rehab:

    - a new track system (that maintains the old layout)

    - an upgraded queue area (long overdue, in my opinion)

    - a new ceiling

    - possibly other undisclosed elements.

    It is always a bit sad and frustrating when a favorite ride is out of commission for a bit, but I for one am very excited to see an upgraded Space Mountain. I have a trip to WDW planned for late November, just a few days after the scheduled re-opening. That is definitely where I'll be heading first!
