To add a Guest to an existing reservation, the easiest way to do it is on the Walt Disney World Resort website. From the welcome page, head over to the My Disney Experience tab and select “My Plans.” From here, simply find the reservation that you’re looking to modify. If you’re eligible to make these changes yourself, you’ll see a clickable button that reads “Change Reservation.” Under the “Travel Party” heading, select the clickable link marked “Change.” In this menu, you’ll be able to add and remove Guests from your travel party. If the modification incurs any changes in the cost of your overall vacation package, you’ll have a chance to review these before confirming your reservation modification.
If for whatever reason you don’t have the option to change your reservation yourself on the website, I encourage you to
contact the Walt Disney World Resort directly. A friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to help make any eligible changes to your reservation.
