Hey guys, I was wondering if you have to have a theme park pass to go to a park to eat at a restaurant! TIA:)

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kortney!

You must be getting ready to make Advanced Dining Reservations for an upcoming vacation at Walt Disney World! Isn't that exciting? My family and I love planning our vacations and choosing new restaurants each time we visit, as well as re-visiting some of our absolute favorite dining spots again and again!

If you would like to dine at one of the restaurants that is inside one of the Disney parks, you will want to make reservations for a day that you'll be visiting that park already, as yes, you do need to have park tickets to get to the restaurants inside the parks. However, there are so many amazing restaurants at the Disney Resorts and at Disney Springs for you to enjoy on the days that you won't be visiting the parks, so go ahead and book reservations for those on your off days! My family and I love dining at the resorts on the monorail loop when we have extra time. After we dine, we take an adventure just riding the monorail around the loop from Grand Floridian to the Contemporary, to Polynesian Villas and enjoy hopping off at each stop to do a little exploring at shopping at the resorts. It makes for a fun activity and break from our park days. No tickets required!

Have so much fun planning your trip, Kortney!
