Ahoy Shannon!
Congratulations on your upcoming cruise on the Disney Wonder! I'm excited for you to experience all the magic and wonder Disney has to offer on the high seas! With February already here, it won't be long until it's your turn to sail with Captain Mickey.
When you arrive at the Port of Miami cruise terminal, you will receive a "Key to the World" card that will act as your stateroom key, your onboard credit card, and your cruise identification card. Whenever you make a purchase, it will be charged to this card and billed to your stateroom folio. When you check-in either online and/or at the port, you will provide a debit or credit card number that will be linked to your
onboard account. There is no need to settle the bill at the end of the cruise unless you notice a discrepancy or Guest Services contacts you (your card will be charged accordingly). You can stop by Guest Services on Deck Three Midship at any point of your sailing to receive a print out of your charges. If you don't have time to stop by, each Guest will receive a print out on the last morning before disembarkation. The line at Guest Services can be long on the last evening/morning, so be sure to stop by earlier in the day if you want to check your balance. At this time, checks are not accepted on Disney Cruise Line, but you can set-up a cash account, pay with Traveler's Checks, Disney Gift Cards or Disney Dollars. Tips for room service, porters at the cruise terminal, Port Adventure guides will need to be paid in cash so don't forget some small bills for those services.
Thank you for stopping by with your question, Shannon! If you think of anything else, please let us know!
Have a magical day!
Nancy
