    Hey Doug, since you seem like the wdw dining source I have a question for you about Chef Mickey's. We have advanced reserv. already for diner. What food selections will be available while we dine here?? thanx a lot!!

    Kelvin,

    I just ate there Wednesday night, and here is what they had;

    Salad section (build your own with lettuces, toppings, dressings, and a few pre-made salads as well)
    Kids section (mac and cheese, nuggets, ravioli or cheese pizza)
    Main Section (one/two entree choices, in our case a beef stroganoff, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a few other veggie choices, etc.)
    Carving Station (two options, typically prime rib and ham, but also sometimes chicken)
    Dessert Bar (soft serve ice cream, toppings, and 4-5 selections of small serving cakes/pies like key lime, cheesecake, etc.)

    I found the variety to be less than in the past in terms of entree selections, but that may just be my failing memory. The food quality is not bad, though you are clearly paying for the character experience more here than the food. And they were the best characters we dealt with the entire vacation! Engaging, fun, and clearly into making it fun for kids. Mickey even made my oldest eat two more bites of broccoli before he would sign her autograph book. GO MICKEY!

    The entrees change often, but there should be enough there to find something for just about anyone.

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
