So if you are looking to save money, I would make sure only to buy as many park days as you think you need. Beyond that, if you know that you are going to do more than two visits to water parks, then get the Water Park Fun and More option. If you are going to do 2 or less, then just pay as you go to the water parks. That will save you some money.

Another good money saver is that if he wants to watch the Magic Kingdom or Epcot fireworks, but really has no interest in going into the parks, he can watch them from the beach of the Polynesian or the BoardWalk (respectively) and save a lot of money. You miss some of the effect (especially at Epcot), but it might be worth it to save a lot of money.
