    Hey, going to Disney World in 2 weeks and Im going to be staying at Pop. My Question is what is the best way to get to the gym from the resort if you dont have a car? Also, When is the best time to go?

    Hi David! I also like to hit up the gym when I'm at Walt Disney World, but I'm not sure what gym you ar referring to because there isn't a gym or health center at Pop Century Resort. If you plan to visit a gym in the nearby area, you will need to rent a car or take a taxi, as the Disney Transportation will only provide transportation to other resorts, parks and Downtown Disney. 


    When I stay at a WDW Resort without a fitness center, I like to bring bands from home and work my fitness in with runs around the resort, resistance training with bands and body weight exercises, like push ups, planks and lunges.
