Hi Phil! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Recently, the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules were
updated with a few changes, including the maximum allowable stroller size. Strollers may be no larger than 31” (79 cm) wide and 52” (132 cm) long. All parts of the stroller, including wheels and handles, must fit within these dimensions. The updates also included a
reminder that wagons are not permitted in the theme parks, along with clarification that "stroller wagons" are also prohibited.
According to the park rules, prohibited items include
"Any trailer-like object that is pushed, pulled or towed by an Electronic Conveyance Vehicle, wheelchair, stroller or person". My understanding of the attachment you describe is that it would fall under this prohibition. I would hate to see your stroller turned away at security because of the attachment. That would not be a very magical start to your day! My recommendation would be to leave the attachment at home.
Since you'll be traveling with littles, I wanted to be sure you were aware of the amazing
Baby Care Centers in each theme park. These wonderful centers offer a cool, quiet respite from the parks, and have feeding and changing facilities as well as a small shop with baby essentials.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you
plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. We are always happy to help. Have a wonderful vacation!
