Hey.. I have a 10 day, no expiration ticket that I have had for a lot of years. I still have one day remaining on that ticket and it is still active, I had them check. Is there a way to upgrade it to an AP for our upcoming trip? thanks...

    Hi Shirley!

Upgrading theme park tickets to Annual Passes is a great way to experience all the magic that the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!  Unfortunately, if the ticket was purchased before 2005, you can't upgrade it.  Luckily, since the ticket doesn't have an expiration date, it can still be used!  Also, tickets can only be upgraded if they have at least one admission remaining, and it is within 14 days of the first use of the ticket.

If the ticket was purchased after 2005, still has at least one park admission day on it, and it is within that 14-day window, you should be able to upgrade the ticket to an Annual Pass!  You can do this at the ticket windows at the theme parks, at any Guest Relations location, and sometimes even at the Lobby Concierge in the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels!

Make sure to check out all of the different ticket options and both the Disney Platinum Pass and the Disney Platinum Plus Pass for your upcoming trip!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
