    Hey Mom's and Dad's! Outstanding forum! My wife has Celiac Disease, meaning no gluten in her diet. Wondering if Tutto Italia in Epcot serves gluten free pasta? We know we can get gluten free selections like fried chicken @ 50's PT @ HS... Thanks! Steve

    Hi Steve! Tutto Italia does offer a gluten-free pasta. (It's a rice pasta, and apparently gluten-free dinner rolls are also available at Tutto Italia.) Just make a note of your wife's special dietary needs on your reservation, and then ask to speak with a chef upon arrival at the restaurant.
