    Hey! If I have a complementary free day pass but want to purchase a 2 day pass for 2 adults with hopper plus option, could I use my complimentary pass to refund one of the days For one adult, so I’m paying for 2 days for one adult and one day for the other

    Welcome to planDisney! A complimentary pass to The Most Magical Place on Earth? Now that's what I call some pixie dust! I'm so happy for you!

    While complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded, and you won't be able to use the value of your current ticket towards a two-day ticket, you could simply buy one two-day ticket as planned and one one-day ticket. When you add your complimentary ticket into the mix, you'll have admission into the parks for two Mouseketeers for two days. Just one thing to think about with that, though...due to ticket expiration dates, the Guest using two different tickets may want to stop by a ticketing booth to ask a Cast Member to stack the tickets appropriately within My Disney Experience so the system doesn't pull the wrong ticket on the wrong day. Of course, if your complimentary ticket doesn't happen to have the Park Hopper Option or for some other reason you don't want to split tickets like that, I'm sending pixie dust that you'll be able to enjoy that free Disney day some other time!
