    Hey! We will be arriving in May for vacation. After "customizing" the magic band order, do I need to submit it? Or will it automatically send after I customize the bands?

    Hi Theresa!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like your trip is quickly approaching and I'm so excited for you to visit Walt Disney World!

    If you go into your My Disney Experience account on a computer and click on the logo in the top right hand corner, under My Account click on MagicBands and Cards. Once that page populates, you should see listed the quantity on your MagicBand order, the details of your reservation and the third column should say "Customize By:" and a date. You can continue to make changes up until that time. Within a couple days after that, the system will trigger for them to automatically be sent to you, you do not need to do anything else! If you hover over any part of the order and click it should bring you to a page with the details of each and a shipping address. I would just double check to make sure your shipping address is correct and you should be ready to go!
