Hey Amanda! We (DD,DM,DD15,DS12,DD9) will be @ BC 5/31-6/5, GV room. Been to WDW before, but not to a deluxe resort. We're very excited! My ? is what rooms have a full balcony for a little extra room, so we can put in a reguest and cross our fingers. THXS!

Hi Lori! Oh, you're going to love the Beach Club Resort! The rooms are so big and luxurious, the pool has the most fantastic slide, and the resort is so convenient to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Like you, I definitely prefer a room with a full balcony because it gives my family more room to spread out, and it's so relaxing to sit outside on our balcony after a day in the parks. I usually make a note on my resort reservation that I'd prefer a room with a full balcony, but I generally don't ask for particular room numbers. Like you, I usually book a Garden View room, but sometimes I've been given a Water View room, and I don't want to spoil my chances of receiving such an upgrade by requesting certain standard view rooms. However, if you want to request particular rooms with full balconies, the book "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2011" recommends room numbers 3512 to 3536 and 4578 to 4598 as standard-view rooms with full balconies facing Epcot and the woods.

Hope you have a magical vacation Lori! Come visit me again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! I'd love to help!
