Hey! We always get a package with the dining plan but we are looking at going this Nov and next March so I’m thinking it will be more cost effective to get an annual pass? Can you still get a dining package and what if they offer free dining? Thanks!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Robin! I am so happy that you stopped by!

Last summer, my family decided to take the plunge and purchase a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass. I can honestly say that between the dining and merchandise discounts, the included PhotoPass Downloads, and the other fun Passholder Extras, it was such a great decision for my family!

Robin, you are still able to book the Disney Dining Plan with an annual pass. What you must do, however, is call (407) 939-5277, and book a room-only package. If you have previously booked a room, you can call (407) 939-5277 and Guest Relations will then be able to add the dining plan for you.

Robin, with the purchase of an annual pass, you will not be eligible for any "Free Dining" offer, as the free dining program generally require the purchase of Park Hopper Tickets.

I hope that this helped, Robin. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical year of Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

We hope to see ya real soon!
