I have a herniated disc and am preparing to go on our Disney Magic Cruise to the Bahamas this Saturday. I will have to bring steroids and pain medication with me. Will I have any trouble with a medication like vicodin, if I have the original Rx bottle?

    Ahoy, Lisa!
Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. With your vacation just days away, I know you are ready to board the Disney Magic to enjoy a relaxing Bahamian voyage. The crew of the Disney Magic will spoil and pamper you throughout your vacation, so hopefully this will be just what the doctor ordered!
As you prepare for your sailing, you will want to keep your prescribed medication in the original bottles and pack them either in your purse or carry-on. You most likely won't have them checked out, but the Packing Guidelines do request they stay in their original bottles.
Best wishes for a magical journey aboard the Disney Magic, Lisa! If you think of any other last minute questions, please let us know.
    Bon Voyage!
