    You are so helpful! This Dec will b the first wdw vac for my sis & fam & mom. We booked thru AAA, does this mean we cant part. in the grand gathering events? Im so confused about the whole process, but wanted something special to do for bdays. Than

    Hi, Michelle! Thank you for your kind words to the Moms Panel! We are glad we can help you.  How you booked your Walt Disney World vacation is irrelevant to booking a Grand Gathering Experience.  If you have eight or more in your party, you can book a Grand Gathering Experience.  You can begin making reservations for these 180 days before your arrival date, and I highly suggest that you do so as the number of these available is limited.  Simply call 407-WDW-PLAN, and a Grand Gatherings Cast Member will be happy to assist you.  Have a Magical vacation!
