Welcome to planDisney, Donna! I’m happy to help you troubleshoot making your theme park reservations so you can move one step closer to enjoying your upcoming Disneyland Resort visit.
One common reason guests run into this issue is that their theme park tickets haven’t yet been linked to their Disney account. If you haven’t done this step, it’s usually a quick fix. Start by logging in to your account on the
Disneyland website. From there, hover over “
My Disneyland” in the top navigation bar and select “
Link Tickets and Passes.” You’ll be prompted to enter the ticket ID number, which can be found just below the barcode on your ticket confirmation. Once your tickets are successfully linked, head back to the “
Make or Modify Park Reservations” page and select “
Book Theme Park Reservation” to choose your dates and parks.
Another possibility is that your theme park reservations have already been made, especially if your ticket purchase included
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. To double-check, log in to your Disney account and select “My Plans” from the “My Disneyland” drop-down menu on the far right side of the page. From there, look for your park days and click the “Manage Reservation” option. This will allow you to confirm which park is reserved for each date and make changes if availability allows. Sometimes reservations are completed during purchase and easy to overlook, so this step is definitely worth checking.
If you’ve confirmed your tickets are linked and you still aren’t able to view or modify your park reservations, you’re not out of options. Guest Services is a wonderful resource, and a friendly Cast Member can help review your account in real time. You can reach them by
phone, or by using the chat feature found on the “
Help” page of the Disneyland website. The chat window typically appears on the right-hand side of your screen and is often the fastest way to get personalized assistance.
Donna, I hope these steps help clear things up and get your plans back on track. If more questions come up as you continue planning (whether it’s Lightning Lane tips, dining ideas, or how to pace your days), we’d love to welcome you back here at planDisney.
Wishing you smooth planning and a magical countdown to your Disneyland days!
