    Help! Just snagged 7:50 scifi res for 11/4. Have fantasmic dine package at mam melrose for 1st show do I have enough time to watch show and then make it to 7:50 reservation? Kids want scifi bad I want good seats 4 show can we do both?

    Hi Angela! You're hitting both of my family's favorite Hollywood Studios restaurants in one day -- we love Mama Melrose's and the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater!

    The first Fantasmic show is scheduled for 7 p.m. on the night you're visiting. The show lasts about thirty minutes, so you'll have twenty minutes to get to the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater. The walk itself doesn't take too long, but the crowd exiting Fantasmic can slow you down quite a bit. I recommend that you try to sit fairly close to one of the exits so you'll be ahead of most of the crowd leaving the show. If you do that and then make a brisk beeline for Sci-Fi at the end of Fantasmic, you should be able to arrive fairly close to your reservation time.
