Can you help me with refunding my theme park tickets? I have called 5 times, but have been put on hold for up to 50 minutes.

    Heigh-Ho Brandy,

I’m sorry to hEAR you are having a difficult time reaching a Cast Member. During this time, Walt Disney World Cast Members are receiving a high volume of phone calls correlating to a number of curiouser and curiouser inquiries. Guests, with Pre-Existing tickets, should contact (407) 566-4985 and expect to sit down with a book or start a Disney movie as they wait for assistance. Another option is to email Walt Disney World. A detailed email form is at your beck and call and can start the ball rolling for you.

As a side note, Guests who were impacted last year, by the closure of Walt Disney World, with tickets purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020, or later will have an extension of their tickets through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit by then your ticket value can be used towards tickets for future visits, or you can ask for a refund.  Guests with tickets purchased after June 6, 2020, should know tickets are non-refundable but can be used towards future ticket purchases, as well. Guests will need to contact a Cast Member or email for further details.

I do hope this has been helpful and the next time you are ready to plan your Walt Disney World vacation feel free to ask us any further inquiries you may have. In the meantime, stay up to date with the Disney Parks Blog and follow us on Instagram (@plandisneypanel) for more Disney Magic.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
