Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, Tanya! Here at
planDisney, we love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true. Just like your own Fairy Godparents, we are here to grant guidance, advice, and answers to your vacation questions. I’m so glad you decided to stop by for help in planning your visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth. It is my honor to help you plan an unforgettable vacation!
The place I like to start when planning a Walt Disney World vacation is deciding where to stay. There are
incredible benefits to staying in the magic at a Disney Resort hotel, like
water park entry on check-in day,
Early Theme Park Entry, and transportation to and from the theme parks. From Value resorts to Deluxe Villas, there is something for everyone and every budget.
Disney’s Pop Century Resort is my favorite Value Resort, as the theming is so whimsical and fun, and you have the Disney Skyliner as a transportation option to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. My favorite Moderate Resorts are
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort - Gran Destino Tower. Caribbean Beach Resort is a sprawling resort with hammocks, lovely little trails and nooks, and good restaurant options. It also has access to the Disney Skyliner. Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs feels like staying at a Deluxe Resort, with Moderate Resort pricing. One of my favorite restaurants, Toledo – Tapas, Steak, and Seafood, is on the top floor of the resort. There are several other great dining options at this resort as well. My favorite Deluxe Resort is
Disney’s Polynesian Resort, which transports you to the South Pacific, offering an incredible stay in a tropical atmosphere. My favorite Deluxe Villa Resort is
Disney’s Riviera Resort, which once again offers access to the Disney Skyliner (my favorite mode of transport if you hadn’t already noticed).
Once you have selected your Disney Resort hotel, you can choose your
theme park tickets. You can select the number of days you want to visit the theme parks and choose if you want to add the Park Hopper option. Another option you can add to your Walt Disney World vacation package is the
Disney Dining Plan. The Disney Dining Plan allows you to pay for some of your meals in advance. Each person receives one table-service meal, one quick-service meal, and one snack per night of stay. I like the ease of having my meals paid for before my vacation begins. You can start making advance dining reservations 60 days before your arrival, for the length of your stay (up to 10 days) if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel.
I hope this information helps start planning a magical visit to
Walt Disney World, Tanya! As you move through the vacation planning process, we are here for you! Stop by if we can help offer you more guidance or answer your vacation questions.
See Ya Real Soon!
