    Joyce,

    You have come to the right place!

    No need to feel overwhelmed. If you just take this step by step, you will be fine. Let's get started;

    Most of your big picture items are already done, so congratulations! Now you need to figure out;

    1. What park you will go to on what day
    2. Where you will eat each day

    Knowing that you don't want to visit the Animal Kingdom, here is what I would suggest for #1;

    • September 21 - Magic Kingdom
    • September 22 - Hollywood Studios
    • September 23 - Pool/Water Park/Beach Day
    • September 24 - Magic Kingdom
    • September 25 - Epcot
    • September 26 - Hollywood Studios
    • September 27 - Magic Kingdom
    Now as for #2, dining, I know you have one meal already planned. With younger kids (like I have as well), I would not plan too many sit down meals. They typically don't eat that much, and that time sitting at a table can drive them a bit batty. But a few more could make for a good time. I am glad to offer some suggestions, by location. If you will write me back with some of your dining preferences (table service vs. counter service, cuisine types, character meals or not, etc.) I would be glad to get you some recommendations, based on your park locations.

    Have a magical vacation!
