Yippie, for planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! I’m so excited you’re about to embark on such wonderful adventures as you visit the theme parks! I do hope you’re going to try all the delectable Mickey-shaped snacks while you’re there!
Riaz, if you purchased your tickets while being logged into your
My Disney Experience account, you should have been able to assign the tickets then; however, as my friend Pumbaa says, “Hakuna Matata,” there’s no need to worry if you weren’t logged on, I’m happy to help you through the steps!
To link the tickets through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, please do the following:
-Open up the
My Disney Experience Mobile app-Click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner
-Select “Tickets and Passes”
-If your tickets are already in your account, they will show up here. If not, you will select the “+” icon and then “Link Tickets & Passes.”
-Scan the barcode from your ticket or enter the ID Number and confirm
Once the tickets are showing in your account, you will assign them to your party by going to the ticket, clicking “Reassign Pass,” and then choosing a Guest from your
Family & Friends list. If you need to add new Guests to your party in your account, you can scroll down to “Add a Guest” to enter their information manually.
Should you find any issues with this process, please feel free to Chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app! To do this, click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right hand and scroll down to select the “Chat With Us” icon. They will be able to look into your account during this process to help you!
Do be sure after assigning your tickets to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible because you will need the park pass reservations in order to enter the theme parks, along with your tickets.
