    Help! On our last morning we have to pick up our rental car at Dolphin, eat breakfast at O'hana's (8:40) and check out of POR(11).can you advise me on the most efficient way to do this? We aim to be at Port Canaveral for our cruise around 12:30.... Than

    Hi Karen!

    It sounds like you are going to have a great last day! O'Hana is a great place to enjoy your last Disney meal of the land portion of your trip!

    My suggestion would be to head from Port Orleans Riverside to your breakfast at O'Hana before picking up your rental car. The posted hours for the rental car desk at the Dolphin state that they open at 8 am. I'm afraid that you'd be cutting it too close if you head there before your meal.

    After breakfast, head over to the Dolphin. There are two basic ways to get there. The quickest and easiest will be a taxi from the Polynesian to the Dolphin. Of course, there is an out-of-pocket expense associated with this method. Alternatively, you can travel via boat or monorail from the resort to the Magic Kingdom. There you can grab a bus to the Dolphin. I usually plan on about an hour of travel time if I'm using Disney Transportation. This may put you close to the 11 am checkout time if your breakfast runs long.

    Then, it's off to pick up luggage, check-out and head out to Port Canaveral!
