Welcome to planDisney, Ericka!
I am so glad you stopped by with your
Disneyland Resort question. While it is always tough to reschedule or postpone an adventure, I am happy to help you explore your options.
First, I would check the expiration date of your ticket. The easiest way to check this is by downloading the
Disneyland App on your mobile device. Once downloaded, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and then select "Tickets and Passes." You should see your ticket there and be able to check the date of expiration. If you are unable to see the expiration date or your ticket, give the
Disneyland Resort Ticket line a call for assistance. If your plans are flexible until the expiration date, then you may be able to use your ticket still. Another option would be applying the purchase price of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or higher value. Make sure you check the
terms and conditions of your ticket first. In regards to transferring your ticket to your daughter, it may depend on your ticket type. I recommend calling the
Disneyland Ticket helpline to discuss the options for transferring the ticket if applicable.
I hope you or your daughter are able to visit this year! The
Disney100 Celebration has kicked off with some amazing offerings. Also, be sure to check out the brand-new
Minnie & Mickey Runaway Railway in
Disneyland Park. It is a whole new level of wild and wacky fun with our favorite friends.
Thank you for visiting planDisney. If you ever need more help with Disneyland planning, we are here and ready to be of assistance!
Enjoy making magical memories!
