Help, Doug! Staying at CBR -dining a lot in Epcot. Seems crazy that there is no shuttle between CBR and World Showcase entrance of Epcot. Don't want to drag the little guys ALL the way from main ent. to Japan, just to eat. Any solutions for transport?

    Christine,

I have been thinking a lot about your question. I get why Disney does not have shuttles to the International Gateway entrance (not really designed to receive regular bus service), but also maddening for you I am sure to know you are going so far out of your way.

Sadly, I don't have a perfect solution. But I do have a semi-solution that may make one or two of your trips a bit more fun, if not actually faster.

I would consider taking a resort bus to Hollywood Studios. Then, instead of entering the park, I would hop on the boat that goes from there to the International Gateway of Epcot.

Pros: You wear out a lot less shoe leather walking, you get a fun boat ride (at least I think it more scenic than one more trip on a bus), and you could even get some Boardwalk time in if you wanted.

Cons: Not any faster, and there are three hotel stops along the boat ride before you get to where you are going.

Not a perfect solution, but could be fun, at least one night?

    Have a magical vacation!
