HELP! We have the DDP and my sister told me this only includes an entree, drink and dessert. I thought an appetizer was also included for sit-down dinners? A cast member also told me the same thing, but on WDW website it says an aptizer is incl.So Confused!”
There are several versions of the Disney Dining Plan available for purchase. Some of them do include an appetizer and some do not. Let me explain the different plans. For :
Quick Service Plan:
- One refillable mug person
- Two snacks, per person, per night
- Two quick service meals, per person, per night. This includes: One entree or combo meal, one dessert (at lunch/dinner), and one non-alcoholic beverage.
Disney Dining Plan:
- One snack, per person, per night
- One quick service meal, per person, per night. This includes: One
entree or combo meal, one dessert (lunch/dinner), and one non-alcoholic
beverage.
- One table service meal, per person, per night. This includes: One entree or full service buffet, one dessert (at lunch/dinner) and one non-alcoholic beverage. CHILDREN'S TABLE SERVICE MEALS INCLUDE APPETIZER, ENTREE, DESSERT, AND BEVERAGE.
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan:
- One refillable mug person
- Two snacks, per person, per night
- Three meals, per person, per night, any of which may be table service or quick service.
- For table service meals: Both adult and child meals include APPETIZER, entree, dessert (at lunch/dinner), and non-alcoholic beverage.
The Wine & Dine Plan:
- Adds one bottle of wine per room, per day.
As you can see, whether or not you get an appetizer depends on the age of the guest and the type of dining plan purchased. Hope that clears thing up.
