Help! I have conflicting times listed for some of my Disney park passes. On my home "My Plans" page it says to arrive between 11 am- 9 pm at Epcot, however, when I click on the pass it says to arrive between 12 pm- 10 pm. Can someone help?

    Welcome back, Katie!

Katie, your January vacation is getting closer every day! I can not imagine how excited you and your little ones must be to have put the finishing touches on your planning.

Disney Park Pass system reservations are scheduled for the entire day and do not operate on an entry time slot system, so you will be able to enter the park as soon as it opens. For the week of your arrival, it appears as though park hours have not yet been released, so I would not worry too much about the actual time until your vacation gets a little closer.

Katie, before you head out, make sure you check out some updates to the experiences at Walt Disney World Resort. While traditional character meet & greets and parades are suspended, there are so many new and exciting ways to interact with your favorite characters!

I hope that this puts your mind at ease, Katie. Please come back here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your spectacular vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

    See you real soon!
