    HELP! I called the general Disney number and no one could help. I received our magic bands and was sizing it. I adjusted to the smallest size and now it doesn't fit! I'm looking to see how I can just order a new wrist band ?

    I’m sorry to hEAR you missized your Disney MagicBand wristband. But Hakuna Matata. I have a couple of ideas you can look into for rectifying this conundrum. Disney MagicBand 2’s are the newer style and one perk is the center puck is removable. So here are a couple of options, all of which include removing the puck for which you will need a teeny tiny screwdriver and be very careful not to lose the screws. 

    First, if you do not wish to purchase another Disney MagicBand and if you have another Disney MagicBand 2 style simply remove the puck and replace it with yours. Second, have a look at the Disney MagicKeepers on shopDisney, or when you arrive peruse the Walt Disney World stores check out the accessories for the Disney MagicBands. The Disney MagicKeepers give Guests the option to transfer their puck into a keychain which can be attached to a bag, lanyard or wherever and now a Disney MagicKeeper slap wrist bracelet is, also, being offered. And finally, do an internet search for a Disney Watch Puck holder. This accessory allows Guests to slide the puck onto their watch.
