Disney Cruise Line website or the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
You should be able to access your online check-in 30 days before your departure date. You can double-check that date by logging in to your cruise reservation and selecting "Online Check-in" under "Already Booked." You'll see it listed under the "Online Check-In" section. Once that opens, you should be able to complete the process as long as you have the
proper travel documentation needed to board your cruise. I recommend reading over the
Passports, Visas, and Citizenship Documentation section on the Disney Cruise Line website to ensure you have everything you need to upload. If Disney Cruise Line has any issues with your uploads, they will reach out via email. If your window has opened and you are having issues with the online check-in on the website, try the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app; sometimes that works better for me.
