    Hello, When picking up FL resident passes, I know all adult parties have to be present, but do the kids have to as well? or just the adult? It would be easier to just send the adults

    Welcome back!  It's always a pleasure to help out a returning Guest.  I hope you're having a great time planning your upcoming Walt Disney World adventure.  

    Yes, any person 18 years-old or over purchasing a Florida Resident ticket will need to be present when purchasing or picking up tickets. They will be required to show valid proof of Florida Residency at that time. Anyone who is not using an adult ticket will not have to be present when the purchase or pick up of the tickets is made. If you purchased your tickets online be sure to bring your confirmation number along with credit card you used to make the purchase with you at the time of pick up.
