    Hello! We're staying at Coronado Springs the night before our 7 day Western Caribbean cruise in December. I'm wondering what time we can expect to be picked up the morning of our cruise? Thank you so much Allyson

    Hi Allyson!
    Thanks for writing back!  Pick-up times do vary with each sail date so I'm happy to provide you with a rundown of what your departure morning will look like.  On the day before your cruise, you will receive either a voicemail or letter in your resort room with specific pick-up times and locations for both you and your luggage.  Luggage pickup is usually around 8:00am-8:30am. The next time you will see your luggage is outside your stateroom door later that afternoon so be sure to pack a day bag with cruise documents, medications, swimsuits & sunscreen (if you plan on swimming).  Your pick-up time will most likely be between 10:00am-12:00pm, and it is about an hour to an hour & a half over to port.  Your transition from land to sea will be smooth and seamless as your family rides comfortably in the motor coach buses.
