Hello! We are visiting WDW in July and I have read that the counter service venues will give a cup of ice water if we ask but I was wondering if any counter service will fill up our reusable cups with ice water instead of a disposable cup?

    Hi Kathleen!

You are absolutely right, you may ask any Counter Service location, throughout the Walt Disney World parks, for a cup of ice water. I only drink water, not soda, so this is my primary mode of hydration in the parks!

I like to bring my own Camelbak hydration pack and I get the cups of ice water and pour them into my Camelbak so I can bring it with me without holding the paper cup. You can certainly do the same thing with your resort mugs if you desire. You should get the ice water in the cup, as they have them pre-poured for the most part, and then you can just dump it into your refillable resort mug.

    Magically,
    Stacy
