Hello: We are trying to figure out if there is enough to do for our 3 year old at Epcot or if we should eliminate that park in our plans. Are there rides and activities that are good for young kids at Epcot?

Hooray! Welcome back to planDisney, Katie!

It sounds like you're playing a bit of keepy-uppy when it comes to deciding which parks to enjoy with your little ones! With so much to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort, I completely understand making sure that you're planning for the littlest members of your family. Personally, I think EPCOT is a park that every member of the family can enjoy – for real life. Let's talk about everything you can do with your 3-year-old at EPCOT!

Katie, there are so many attractions that will be just right for your little one! But before you arrive, make sure that you check the height requirements for each attraction so you won't be saying, "Oh, biscuits!" when you try to ride. My best attraction recommendations are Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, Frozen Ever AfterGran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three CaballerosThe Seas with Nemo & Friends, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, and Turtle Talk With Crush! When I visited with my young niece, I was surprised by how adventurous she was once she entered the parks. Let your little muffin take the lead!

There are even more adventures to be had in EPCOT outside of the attractions! Katie, have you heard of Kidcot Fun Stops? There are 11 stations throughout the World Showcase where your little one can learn about each country, pick up an activity card, and even make some crafts – no dollar bucks needed! There are also plenty of opportunities to meet characters, such as Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus, and other favorites, like Joy, Vanellope, Alice, and more. You can even check out SeaBase located in World Nature, where thousands of sea animals call "home" in EPCOT. Wackadoo! This is sure to be a favorite place for anyone who loves floating sea turtles or twirling manatees.

Katie, I also think you'll love this article on 7 Reasons My Little One Loves EPCOT. With so much to explore, so much to learn, and so much to do, this part is not-to-be-missed!

    See ya real soon!
