Hello! We are sailing on the Wonder April 18th. I thought I had read there will be mass for Easter. Can you tell me what time, as we are scheduled for an 11am excursion in Grand cayman EaSTER SUNDAY!? Also, what Easter activities will there be on baord?

Welcome aboard, Justine! This will be an amazing Easter vacation as your family sets sail on the Disney Wonder next month!

I, too, am Catholic, so I like to find out where Mass is celebrated when we vacation. Luckily for you, Disney Cruise Line invites a Catholic priest to join the cruises over Easter and Christmas to ensure that Mass is available for guests on the ship. Since plans have not yet been finalized, I cannot tell you exactly what time the Mass will be. However, I would assume it would be early in the morning, especially since the Wonder will be in port that day. The evening before, you'll receive your Personal Navigator for Easter Sunday. This will list the activities and events going on around the ship, so be sure to check it that night so you know what time Mass will be. Also, I bet that if you stop by Guest Services and ask on the first day of your cruise, they'll have a better idea by then too. Alternately, you may consider calling the agents at Disney Cruise Line when you're about a week away from sailing to see if they might have any additional details about Mass times at that point.

If you find out that the time conflicts with your Port Adventure, you might be prepared by looking up on www.masstimes.org to find out where the closest Catholic church is to the port in Grand Cayman so you can research alternate Mass times that day on the island.

I haven't heard details for the activities for Easter onboard the ships just yet, but I'm sure there are some fun things in store. In the past, besides religious services, there have been egg hunts, visits with the Easter Bunny, Disney characters in Easter outfits for photos and other Easter-themed activities. You'll see the full list once you receive your Personal Navigator onboard, Justine.

    Have fun planning!
