Fantasy's Adult Exclusive Dining experiences! They are truly special, and my husband and I really enjoy having at least one meal in Palo each time we sail.
As you mentioned, there is a strict dress code for both Palo and Remy. In Palo, your husband would be perfectly fine wearing a dress shirt, dress pants and dress shoes without a jacket or tie. However, if you'd like to dine in Remy, they do require a jacket as well. Cast Members are very kind about it, but will ask guests to go back to their rooms and change if they arrive and are not dressed properly at either of the restaurants. So, it sounds like with your husband's attire preferences, you'd be best making reservations for Palo.
I hope you are able to get the reservations you're hoping for, Janet! Be sure to make them soon, as some nights they do book up. If that's the case, keep in mind the amazing Palo Brunch as well. It rivals the amazing food at dinner, and I really can't decide which I like better, the brunch or dinner, so go for both if you can!
