As a
Disney World resort guest, you’ll be able to book your VIP tour for any time during your vacation (pending availability) beginning 60 days prior to your resort check-in date. I stuck your travel date into a date calculator, and it looks like your booking window will open on Saturday, November 29, 2025. But you may want to double-check that to make sure I’m correct!
To book a VIP tour, call the number provided on the
Disney Private VIP Tours page. A friendly Cast Member will be able to get you all set up and answer any questions you have regarding your tour. Prior to your trip, your tour will include pre-arrival planning, so you can start daydreaming about what that day will look like now.
It’s good to note that park tickets must be purchased separately. If you’re hoping to visit more than one park during your VIP tour, make sure you have the
park hopper option on your ticket.
A VIP tour is the perfect way to experience the most popular attractions at the theme parks, so you’ll be able to see quite a bit during your tour time. But I couldn’t help but notice that you’ll be visiting Disney World during the
Festival of the Arts at Epcot! If you get a chance outside of your VIP tour time, I highly recommend checking out all of the fun offerings at that festival.
The Festival of the Arts is one of the shorter festivals during the year, so it’s always such a treat to be able to enjoy it! I’ve been lucky enough to be there the last few years at that time, and it’s become one of my favorite festivals.
