    Hello, We would like to order groceries from insta cart to be delivered to our resort. Do we have to be present to receive the order or can an employee place it in our Villa?

    We are a bunch of super planners here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, so I'm delighted to help you with your pre-vacation checklist!

    You have several options for grocery delivery to your Resort. I love Amazon Prime Now because I can get groceries within hours. I also love the variety of options I have through the app. I can order from Amazon directly, Whole Foods Market, or even nearby restaurants. It seems like you are planning to use Instacart, and I've hEARd great things about their service also. Besides these two, you have the option of grocery delivery from Walmart, Garden Grocer, and Disney Vacation Club, amongst others.

    When your groceries are delivered to your Disney Vacation Club Resort, Cast Members at Bell Services will gladly hold your groceries until you are ready to pick them up (be prepared for a small fee). Don't worry about items that need to be refrigerated; they have a fridge available for perishables. Once you arrive back to your room, Bell Services will deliver the groceries (tipping is appreciated). They will not enter your room without you present.
