Welcome aboard, Krista! Disney Cruise Line's Halloween on the High Seas sailings are full of spook-tacular fun and excitement! Add to that the amazing activities that are included in every Disney Cruise Line vacation, and some of the most gorgeous ports of call, and you have the recipe for a magical vacation!
The pools are always open on the Disney ships, and you'll enjoy warm weather this fall in the Caribbean (average highs are in the 80's in October), so the pools will feel great! But, if the temperature drops below 75 degrees, the pools are automatically heated, so honestly, it's always swimming weather when you sail with Mickey! Your girls can certainly enjoy the pools with you if they are
fully potty-trained. No swim diapers are allowed in the pools, so if they're not quite there yet, it's okay because there is, as you mentioned, a fun splash area for toddlers on the pool deck too! Little sailors and their parents can hang out in the glassed-in
Nemo's Reef. While it's not exactly inside, as it really is still on the pool deck, there is a roof over it and the areas are separated from the hustle and bustle of the deck by glass walls. I used to love playing in there with my kids when they were little. They loved the pop geysers and jets that splashed them, and especially the Mr. Ray toddler-sized slide. I remember my son feeling like a big kid as he went down that little slide, holding my hand! So sweet!
Have fun planning this fantastic sailing, Krista! Let us know if you have any other questions over the next few months before you set sail on the
Fantasy! We're happy to help!
