    Hello, We are arriving on a Sunday and staying at PORiverside. We plan to go to Ohana's for dinner so we can see the fireworks. What is the best time for ADR so we can do this? What transportation to get to Poly from POR and how much time should we plan?

    Hi Karen,

    The timing of the Magic Kingdom fireworks varies a great deal depending on when you're traveling. So you first step is to head over to the Magic Kingdom calendar and find out when the Wishes show will be at the time of your visit (click inside each calendar box to get the detailed daily schedule). Once you know what time the fireworks, then you can plan your dinner.

    There are actually only a few tables at Ohana with a good window view of the Magic Kingdom. There's no way to reserve or request those particular tables in advance. Because of this, I've often found that people have a better experience if they eat first and then walk down to the beach to watch the fireworks from there. If this makes sense to you, then you should make your reservation for about an hour and a half before the Wishes start time.

    The best way to get from POR to the Poly is to hop on a bus at POR headed to the Magic Kingdom. From the MK you can either take a boat or the monorail to the Poly. I'd allow yourself about an hour of travel time.
