Hello again, Teresa! We're so glad you've stopped by planDisney before your upcoming visit. You arrive soon, so I hope your packed bags are waiting by the door. My family spent some time at
Disney's BoardWalk recently, so let's look at how guests can access this beachy-keen shopping district.
While Disney's BoardWalk welcomes all
Walt Disney World Resort guests to enjoy its offerings, parking and driving access is sometimes limited to guests registered at a nearby resort or with dining reservations. But never fear; I have some ideas that might help you enjoy the morning of your dreams.
First,
Trattoria al Forno has a delectable breakfast, so if you can secure a reservation there, you'll be good to go for admittance to the BoardWalk area. The guard will direct your driver to a drop-off point depending on the time of day and how busy the area is.
Another option is to place a
mobile food order on your My Disney Experience mobile app at a quick service location. The
BoardWalk Deli has a plant-based Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich that sounds divine! You can show your order to the guard, and while it's still not guaranteed, I think you'll have a good chance of getting in.
The
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a short walk from Disney's BoardWalk, so that's another option for your driver to try. Garden Grove has some excellent breakfast offerings, and The Swan is a beautiful hotel to explore.
Once you've enjoyed your breakfast and morning stroll along the lake, you can follow the path to the International Gateway entrance at EPCOT or hop aboard a
FriendShip Boat. When you enter the theme park, you'll be close to
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, so my tip is to hop in line while the wait is shorter in the morning. Oui, oui!
Teresa, I like how you plan! We can talk about Disney strategies anytime with you here at
planDisney. Have a magical visit!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
