Hello-staying at the WL in July. We upgraded to a bunk bed room but I am a little nervous as my son is on the larger side. Wondering what the weight limit is for the top bunk. Thanks!

    Hi Katherine,

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is my husband's favorite resort at Walt Disney World. I have to admit it is a unique experience as you feel like you are in the Pacific Northwest. The water for the main pool even starts in the lobby and ends up as a geyser! This concept was adopted at Disney's Aulani Resort.

It is also home to my favorite restaurant Whispering Canyon Café where you can have a delicious meal and a lot of fun! Ask for ketchup and take a pony ride!

We have stayed in the bedrooms with the bunk beds. Those are solid bunk beds and I would sleep on the top bunk and be fine.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
