Hello, Purchased disneyland package online, Through disneyland. All confirmed and deposit is done. Assuming plans made, now unable to get into disneyland theme parks, no availability. Interesting, that booking wasn't block and money taken. Now what?

Welcome to planDisney, Sherry! Your summertime visit to Disneyland Resort sounds positively magical, so let's look at why you might be having trouble making theme park reservations for your vacation package.

Theme park reservations are released on a rolling basis 120 days in advance. I see you submitted your question to us a few days ago, so I bet you were too early to book your July dates. When I checked theme park availability today, I saw that Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are available through July 21. Give it another try; I'll sprinkle pixie dust so you can fly through those reservations now!

Remember that theme park availability might depend on your package and ticket type, so if you still need help, I suggest you call the Vacation Packages line for assistance.

If you have Park Hopper Tickets, you'll make a theme park reservation for the park where you'd like to begin your day. You can hop to the other park anytime after 11:00 AM, subject to park capacity. I love starting my day at Disney California Adventure Park so I can head straight to the Radiator Springs Racers standby queue. After lunch, I mosey over to Disneyland Park and let Sleeping Beauty Castle wow me with her beauty.

Sherry, I'm waving my fairy godmother wand so you'll secure the theme park reservations you're dreaming of. Please stop by planDisney with all your planning questions. We'd love to help!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
