I have been in your shoes when I accidentally let my
Memory Maker photos
expire. When that happened, just a day after my photos expired I called Disney's PhotoPass and they were able to recover my photos. They did tell me that more often than not the photos have been deleted from the system so they are not able to recover them.
Teresa, if PhotoPass is able to recover your photos, then they would most likely be included on the USB, however, you may be subject to an extension fee. My best advice would be to call the PhotoPass Guest Support Team as soon as possible at 407-560-4300 to see if they can locate your photos.
