Galactic greetings, John, and thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
It sounds like you recently traveled to
a galaxy far, far away, and may have stopped by
Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities to pick up some of the galaxy's rarest treasures. I’m sorry that you’re now having difficulties with one of your Ahsoka Tano lightsabers. My first piece of advice is normally to suggest
changing the batteries that power the lightsaber, but it sounds like you have already tried to do that. If changing the batteries hasn't helped, I recommend sending an email to
merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. In your email, include an image showing your proof of purchase, whether it’s your receipt or a portion of your credit card statement that proves you purchased your lightsaber from
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. You can also include a brief video of the issue you’re having, if you’re able to capture it. This will help narrow down the issue so that the Cast Member can help you come to a solution faster! I sure hope you’re able to get some answers soon, John, so you can get back to battling the Dark Side!
In the meantime, if you have any other questions about your lightsaber or any other purchases from
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can call the Disneyland Resort’s
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Experiences phone line. I spoke with the most helpful Cast Member who was able to provide me with the above information. You can reach this phone line at (714) 300-7805.
May the Force be with you!
Kristin
