I completely understand your issue. I spent several years tiptoeing around sleeping babies in hotel rooms. I used to camp out in the bathroom doing crossword puzzles until the kids fell asleep -- not much fun. To get yourself some more living space you have five possible options:
- Family Suites at the All Star Music resort: these value rooms have two separate rooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchenette.
- A larger suite at any of the deluxe hotels
- Two connecting rooms: available at every Disney hotel
- A cabin at the Fort Wilderness campground
- A villa-style room.
The pricing for some of these options is discussed
HERE, but for complete pricing information you should contact Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY.
I will tell you that my family's choice is among these options are the villa rooms. There are both one and two bedroom versions of these rooms, described
HERE. The villas are very much like small apartments. There are two real rooms with a door in between, a TV in each room and a real kitchen. Another huge bonus of the villas is that there is a washer/dryer in each unit. I am NOT fond of doing chores during vacation, but with little kids, spills and accidents are inevitable. Having the washer dryer easily available makes a huge difference in dealing with this easily.
Hope this helps.
