Hello, My mom is unable to ride most rides due to a health condition. However, everyone else loves rides and I am sure we will stand in many long lines for those rides. Is there anyway my mom can stand in line with us and then duck out at the last minut

Hi, Brandie! Yes! She can absolutely wait in line with you.  Walt Disney World queue lines are usually very interesting, even interactive at times, and I encourage everyone to investigate them.  Near the rides' loading areas, there is usually a "chicken exit." This is for folks who decide not to ride at the last minute or those who, like your family, are not able to ride and just waited with the group.  If you don't see the exit, simply ask the nearest Cast Member where is it, and he/she will gladly show you.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
